From Monday March 8th we can welcome you back to the store as part of “Click and Meet”.
To make this work easily, there are the following options:
The following applies to spontaneous shopping:
A door sign at the entrance shows whether an appointment is available (daily from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.).
To register, the customer can conveniently check in via the Luca app or fill out a form in the store instead.
If you prefer to make a fixed appointment online, you can do this via our homepage.
There are shopping appointments here every afternoon from Monday to Friday.
